The milk used at Caseificio LATINI only came from certified farms.

 

At the arrival, it is store into outside tanks, cooled and carefully analysed.

 

If it passed the controls, within few minutes it comes to the transforming process where in about one hour and a half later the coagulation steps is done through the rennet.
